Fannie Mae reported that the serious delinquency rate decreased to 4.14% in May, down from 4.19% in April. This is down from 5.15 percent in May of 2010. The Fannie Mae serious delinquency rate peaked in February 2010 at 5.59 percent.
Freddie Mac reported that the Single-Family serious delinquency rate decreased to 3.53 percent in May from 3.57 percent in April. This is down from 4.06 percent in May 2010.

A: Call the Realtors employing broker/manager and make a complaint. Make a consumer complaint with the State Dept of Real Estate that your real estate agent did not perform their fiduciary duty to you. Make a complaint at the local Board of Realtors the agent belonged to.
